A Cannes Lions and D&AD Yellow pencil winning ECD who runs creative departments for global brands, currently at PepsiCo as ECD of their in-house creative agency Sips&Bites.

I’ve been all over really, everything from above-the-line, below-the-line, digital, social, boutique, network, direct, independent and even media - all in search of learning and growing my experience and knowledge to take on tomorrow’s challenges.

Fascinated with (and a little addicted to) innovation and technology with a real love of humans and solving human problems - if tech can enable that, then perfect.

I lead creatives and departments to awards like Cannes lions and D&AD pencils by exposing their potential and empowering them through their ideas. I don’t manage people, I nurture people. I don’t tell them, I empower them. Working with the likes of D&AD New Blood and Pitch Futures I spend a lot of my time working with young, upcoming talent from as young as 11 years old helping them find their path.
